Fish oil is oil derived from the tissues of oily fish such as
salmon, cod, makeral and herring.

may contain high amounts of fat soluble vitamins A and D and should not be taken in excess. Also because of the fact that fish oil supplements
decrease one's blood platelet stickiness, check with your doctor if you are taking anticoagulent drugs.
